DIGITAL LICENSE AGREEMENT – A RARE SHOT
By purchasing any digital product from A rare shot, the purchaser receives a strictly limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive Single User License.
The purchaser is granted permission to:
• Download and use the purchased file for personal use only.
• Store the file on personal devices owned by the purchaser.
The purchaser is strictly prohibited from:
• Sharing, sending, forwarding, or transferring the purchased file to any other person under any circumstances.
• Allowing family members, friends, colleagues, or third parties to use, access, copy, or possess the purchased file.
• Uploading the file to cloud storage, shared drives, websites, forums, social media platforms, or messaging groups.
• Redistributing, reselling, sublicensing, gifting, lending, or making the file available to any third party.
• Claiming ownership, authorship, or any rights over the purchased digital product.
Important Legal Notice:
Purchase of this product does NOT transfer ownership rights, copyright rights, reproduction rights, or distribution rights.
The purchaser acquires a personal license for individual use only.
Any unauthorized sharing, duplication, transfer, redistribution, or third-party access shall constitute a direct violation of intellectual property rights owned exclusively by A rare shot.
A rare shot reserves the right to permanently revoke access, terminate license rights, and pursue legal action in cases of unauthorized distribution or copyright infringement.
All copyrights, intellectual property rights, and ownership rights remain exclusively reserved by A rare shot.
By completing the purchase, the buyer automatically agrees to all terms stated above.
